Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may increase during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers will receive tracking information by email after an order ships.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Madagascar Pantry is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

within 7 days of delivery and include the order number, photographs of the damaged product, the shipping box, and the packaging materials.
